Frankie Rehab was founded in Melbourne in 2024 with a simple goal: to deliver high-quality occupational therapy that supports both the client and the therapist.
Because here’s the truth, great therapy doesn’t happen in burnout. It happens when the people delivering it feel supported, empowered, and valued. That’s why Frankie Rehab exists: to create a workplace where therapists thrive professionally and personally, and to offer clients OT that actually fits their life.
