Simone - Founder & Occupational Therapist

Simone is an experienced occupational therapist with 19 years in the field, supporting people across a wide range of needs and life stages. Over the years, she has worked across public health, WorkCover, and TAC, gaining a deep understanding of the systems that shape people’s care.

For the past decade, she has also held leadership and management roles, most recently overseeing a large allied health department in a major metropolitan health service in Melbourne. This blend of hands-on clinical work and strategic leadership led her to launch Frankie Rehab in 2024, a service designed to deliver high-quality, personalised support while creating a positive, flexible, and values-driven workplace for therapists.

These days, she combines her role managing Frankie Rehab with seeing clients. She works with adults living with neurological conditions, psychosocial disability, and neurodivergence, and is passionate about helping people live well, feel empowered, and reach their goals.

Outside of work, she is kept mighty busy with four young kids, has recently returned to playing netball after many years off, and loves catching a good movie.

She is known for her deep knowledge, practical approach, and commitment to ensuring the team delivers high-quality, evidence-based support to every client.
